Class action lawsuit - civil to criminalise. We have lawyers! We need your help to get justice.
The accused: Shilo Jason Sazwan and all his company's
Accused of: Fraud to the market by starting companys then not paying bills on purpose then starting new companys, illegally getting rid of and hiding valuables out of companys. We are Seeking justice to pay bills by making these companys file bankruptcys and ask the police to look at the case.

We plan to prove that there is a master plan happening that shilo sazwan opens companies then refuses to pay his bills and when the companies are no good anymore because of lawsuits and judgements he opens new companys to do the same thing. We think this is the intent and plan to give our group lawsuit and proof tothe police because this makes it fraud being done on purpose. This is our opinion. These are the companys we think are involved in the crime ring.
1) Secure Reasources - Wetaskiwin, Alberta. - This was the first company Shilo Sazwan started and racked up loads of unpaid bills, then did not pay anyone. Truckers caught the wind of what he was doing and stopped hauling for him. Some truckers went broke because of him.
2) Black Mountain Transport (Nisku) and Secure AG Inc. Shilo Sazwan uses these companies to rack up more freight cahrges (Black Mountain) and sell fertilizer (Secure AG) These company's are owned by others in the record to hid him. He is caught in nisku at Black Mountain Trasport using a fake name - Jason. More truckers went broke because of this.
(3) Shilo Sazwan then starts another company "Apex Agg" to be at 3704 47th st Wetaskiwin, AB. the smae loaction where he had Secure Resouces. This new company was formed after Secure Resources had so many collections and lawsuits and such a poor reputation that no one would go there to pick up loads or so anything.
4) 1793068 Ltd / Black Moutain Equipment - Shilo Sazwan uses 1793068 to rack up more unpaid bills. The record shows he changes the name of the number company to "Black Mountain Equipment" (Almost the same name as his "Black Mountain Transportation" Scam)

6) The New Company Shilo Sazwan is Using: Our Lawyer says if a company cant pay bills they have to be bankrupt and do the rite thhing and sell everything to pay as much as they can. Instead of doing that Shilo illegally stole everything and gave it to his new scam. "Prairie West Nutrient Ltd" is the new scam He has other poeples names on it but the publised OMRI report shows him as owner, selling the exact same fertilizer. All the stuff he stole from secure reasources is listed on the "Prairie West Nutrients" public report. CHECK IT OUT!!
Prairie West Nutrients / Pacific Rim SulfurPrairie West nutrients is on OMRI with Shilo Sazwan as the owner. The address is 2802 5th st Nisku, AB. This building is vacant. There is a website is under www.pacificrimsulphur.com pacific rim sulphur is another company owned by shilo sazwan. We believe the new company is to start the same "don't pay bills" pattern. Both names are all over the site, so even though shilo isnt listed as owner of Prarie west he allegedlly put the secure reasources equipment there Pacific rim sulfur (shilo listed as owner on goverment report) is clearly overseeing prairie west.The addresss listed is on the website for the pacific company is 205-93 Mcleod Ave, Spruce Grove, AB T2X 2Z9. this is also a fake address in a strip mall NOT a sulfur facility, there is no real sulfur location address on anything involving those companies.
If you have stumbled on this website and havent haul for this guy. Think twice.
